RESOLVED THAT the Agenda be adopted as amended.
Carried.

2. D. Wagner – W. Kolisnyk
RESOLVED THAT Councillor Densen shall be appointed as Finance Chair for this council meeting.
Carried.

3. C. Densen – D. Wagner
RESOLVED THAT the minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council held on April 2nd, 2019 shall be adopted as circulated.
Carried.

4. W. Kolisnyk – G. Bartel
RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff Expense Reports as submitted.
Carried.

5. L. Hutman – G. Bartel
RESOLVED THAT we do hereby authorize payment of the List of Accounts numbered 6412 to 6519 inclusive, amounting to $225,521.79.
Carried.

6. D. Wagner – C. Densen
RESOLVED THAT the Reeve be hereby authorized to sign quotations No. 20118657 with Manitoba Hydro to cost share 50/50 on pole replacement as attached hereto.
Carried.

7. W. Kolisnyk – C. Densen
RESOLVED THAT the members of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman Council do hereby agree to go ‘In Camera’ as a Committee of the Whole in accordance with Subsection 152 (3)(b)(ii) of The Municipal Act.
Carried.

8. C. Densen – D. Wagner
RESOLVED THAT we do agree to return to reopen the meeting to the public in accordance with Subsection 152 (4) of The Municipal Act.
Carried.

9. W. Kolisnyk – S. Walmsley
RESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to provide a grant in the amount of $200.00 to the 2019 Annual Swan Valley 4-H Beef Show & Sale.
Carried.

10. S. Walmsley – L. Hutman
RESOLVED THAT we do not adjourn at 10:52 p.m. to meet again on May 7th, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. for the next regular meeting of council.
