RESOLVED THAT the minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council held on November 6th, 2018 and Special Meeting held on November 15th, 2018 shall be adopted as circulated;

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council held on October 16th, 2018 be hereby amended as circulated.

RESOLVED THAT Leanne Hutman shall be appointed as Finance Chair for this council meeting

RESOLVED THAT we do hereby authorize payment of the List of Accounts numbered 5791 to 5932 inclusive, amounting to $239,703.54 including voided cheques # 5922 and 5873.

RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff Expense Reports as submitted.

6. L. Hutman – W. Kolisnyk
RESOLVED THAT the members of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman Council do hereby agree to go ‘In Camera’ as a Committee of the Whole in accordance with Subsection 152 (3)(b)(ii) of The Municipal Act.

7. G. Bartel – S. Walmsley
RESOLVED THAT we do agree to return to reopen the meeting to the public in accordance with Subsection 152(4) of the Municipal Act.

8. W. Kolisnyk – C. Densen
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby agree to the Contract Agreement attached hereto.
Carried.

9. G. Bartel – L. Hutman
WHERE AS the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman has reviewed the Municipal Rights-of-Way Applications submitted by MTS regarding file # 9136415-2018 and have no objections to said application;

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT we do hereby authorize the Assistant CAO to sign in approval of said applications with a request for MTS to provide 48 hours’ notice to the municipality prior to commencement of any works on municipal rights-of-way.

RESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to place a Christmas Greeting on Valleybiz at a cost of $100.00.
Carried.

11. L. Hutman – C. Densen
WHEREAS the Bowsman Early Learning Centre is scheduled to begin construction in December 2018;

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman hereby issue the first installment of $12,500 as per the 2018 Budget.

RESOLVED THAT the Minitonas Office will be closed on December 7th, 2018.
Carried.

13. S. Walmsley – D. Wagner
RESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to pay for the removal of beavers as per the attached.
Carried.

14. C. Densen – D. Wagner
RESOLVED THAT we do now adjourn at 10:34 p.m. to meet again on December 4th, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. for the next regular meeting of council.
