RESOLVED that the Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West does hereby approve the Application for the Licence to Construct Municipal Minor Water Control Works as follows;
– S/NE Section 23-38-27WPM
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the permit is required to reconstruct a drain approximately 12 feet deep.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the fee of $ 25.00 for this permit application payable to the Minister of Finance is approved for payment.

WHEREAS the owners of PT N.E. ¼ SEC. 6-35-29 WPM have made application to subdivide this property, and;
WHEREAS the Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West has reviewed said application, along with the letter received from Community and Regional Planning dated October 15, 2018 and have no objections to the aforementioned minor subdivision;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED we do hereby approve the minor subdivision of the aforementioned property, provided all conditions set out in said letter from the Province of Manitoba, Community and Regional Planning Branch are met.

RESOLVED that the Municipality of Swan Valley West approves the Land Lease and Air Transportation Business Operations Agreement between the Swan Valley Municipal Airport Commission and Swan Valley Air Ltd.

WHEREAS Council has become aware that the increased cost of fuel has caused undue financial difficulty for trappers hired by the Municipality to remove nuisance beaver;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West shall increase the payment per trapped beaver from $25.00 to $50.00 for both the Municipal Beaver Program and the Farmland Beaver Program.

**With reference to the October 23rd, 2018 Agenda, Item # 5, Resolution 14 regarding Approval of Cheques David Minish, a member of Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West, disclosed a personal interest in the matter before council.**

General Cheques #14783 to #14829 in the amount of $106,245.04
General Cheques # 14830 to # 14836 in the amount of $ 13,027.85
Payroll Cheques #2288 to #2305 in the amount of $ 21,394.84
Indemnity Cheques # 2278 to # 2287 in the amount of $ 8,187.00
For a Grand Total of $ 148,854.73

WHEREAS the Municipality has an agreement to purchase land from R. Bruce and Barbara Ash.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Municipality of Swan Valley West does hereby agree to settle the landowner agreement at E ½ 10-36-28 WPM according to schedule A.
