On September 1-2, 2018, Minitonas First Baptist Church celebrated its 90th Anniversary.

Saturday festivities were held at Minitonas Arena with fun activities for all ages including a crokinole and bocce tournament, frisbee throwing competition, face painting, parachute games, cotton candy, bubble making and train rides.

It was followed by a delicious supper that included lots of corn on the cob.

The night ended with fireworks.

Sunday celebrations started with our regular morning service, with Dan Hamil (Executive Director of the North American Baptist Conference) as our guest speaker.



We had a great time of worship and enjoyed a choir presentation of previous and current members of our church.

The service was followed by a banquet at the Minitonas Town Hall, where a great time of fellowship and greetings from previous pastors and members was held.

We want to thank everybody that came from near and far to celebrate with us God’s faithfulness. It was great to see again friends, neighbors and previous pastors from our congregation.
