Town of Swan River Minutes – June 5, 2018

The Council of the Town of Swan River met on Tuesday, June 5th, 2018 at 7:30 pm in the Town Council Chambers with Mayor McKenzie presiding and Councillors, Whyte, Friesen, Moriaux, Delaurier and Sakal present.  Councillor Delaurier arrived at 7:35 pm. 

Councillor Jacobson was absent with permission.

RESOLVED that the Town provide some picnic tables for the Valley’s North 4-H Area Council’s 4-H Showcase being held on Saturday, June 16th, 2018 at the Ag Society grounds. 
​FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the transportation of the picnic tables is the responsibility of the Vally’s North 4-H Area Council.

​FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the transportation of the picnic tables to and from the Centennial Arena is the responsibility of Special Olympics Manitoba Parkland Region.
