Regular Meeting of the members of Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman held in Council Chambers, in Minitonas, Manitoba this 3rd day of April, 2018 A.D. at 7:00 p.m.

RESOLVED THAT the Agenda be adopted as amended.
Carried.

2. G. Bartel – J. Caruk
RESOLVED THAT the minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council held on March 20th, 2018 shall be adopted as circulated.
Carried.

3. S. Walmsley – L. Hutman
RESOLVED THAT the revised Financial Statement for the month ending December 31st, 2017 shall be approved as presented.
Carried.

4. C. Densen – J. Caruk
RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff Expense Reports as submitted.
Carried.

5. L. Mychalchuk – S. Walmsley
RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff overtime report as submitted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the aforementioned overtime shall be banked for future use or paid out with the next regular payroll as indicated on the employee’s individual report.

6. C. Densen – L. Mychalchuk
RESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to pay the attached invoice for tourism memberships.
Defeated.

7. S. Walmsley – L. Hutman
RESOLVED THAT the Council for the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby agree to continue past curfew by majority of council in accordance with the current Procedures By-Law.
Carried.

8. J. Caruk – S. Walmsley
RESOLVED THAT we do now adjourn at 12:05 a.m. to meet again on April 17th, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. for the next regular meeting of council.
