WHEREAS the 2015 Gravel Hauling Tender included a clause that allowed renewal of the tender for one year at the same rate as awarded in 2015, and;
WHEREAS C&B Stirling Enterprises Ltd. have submitted a written request to extend their 2015 tender for one full year under the same terms and conditions for the 2016 Gravel Season;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West does herby agree to accept the aforementioned offer and shall extend said contract for Gravel Hauling Services by C&B Stirling Enterprises Ltd. and authorize the CAO to send written confirmation to the contractor of this one year extension.

WHEREAS the 2015 Gravel Crushing Tender included a clause that allowed renewal of the tender for one year at the same rate as awarded in 2015, and;
WHEREAS Strilkiwski Contracting Ltd. have submitted a written request to extend their 2015 tender for one full year under the same terms and conditions for the 2016 Gravel Season;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West does herby agree to accept the aforementioned offer and shall extend said contract for Gravel Crushing Services by Strilkiwski Contracting Ltd. and authorize the CAO to send written confirmation to the contractor of this one year extension.

RESOLVED that the Council does hereby approve the transfer of $73,224.00 from the Gas Tax Reserve Account to the General Chequing Account for the Municipality of Swan Valley West for the municipal share of the costs of the Capital Works Projects for 2015 as included in the Financial Plan.
