The Swan Valley Relay For Life took place on June 12, 2015 – outside at the Swan River Fair Grounds. Due to the awesome fundraising efforts by Relay teams and sponsors, the total amount raised reached $40,000!

Overall, it was a very successful evening and proud moment for our little planning committee; everything went according to plan with the weather cooperating.
Relay For Life is a community fundraising event where Canadians across the country join together in the fight against cancer.
Pictured right, the Survivors prepare to start their Victory Lap.
The Swan Valley event included meaningful ceremonies, food, festivities, entertainment and an opportunity to connect with cancer survivors, hear their stories, and learn about cancer prevention. Our Penny Auction was also a huge success with fabulous donations!
