The Purpose of the meeting is to;

Review the LUD Service Plan/Budget Expenditures
Discuss Various aspects of the LUD, Rural & At-Large Costs related to the Municipal Budget for 2015
Determine the readiness of the 2015 Financial Plan for the Municipality of Swan Valley West & the schedule for Public Presentation of the 2015 LUD Service Plan and the Public Hearing for the 2015 Financial Plan
Open discussions with the LUD Committee
‘In Camera’ discussion of pending legal issues
