Many shoppers made their annual stop at Calico Corners on Friday, November 1, 2013.

The Craft Sale & Bazaar, hosted by the Association for Community Living was filled with friendly faces and unique hand crafted treasures.

MaryAnn Friesen sold items to raise money for Destiny Rescue, an organization dedicated to rescuing children from human trafficking and sexual exploitation.

MaryAnn and several others from the Valley recently travelled Thailand on a support trip for the organization.

After getting a good start on their Christmas gift buying, many shoppers stopped to enjoy a hot bowl of chili for lunch.

Many enjoyed the opportunity to take a little break to visit with friends and family.
