RESOLVED THAT the Agenda be adopted as presented.
Carried.

2. J. Caruk – W. Robb
RESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the Regular Meetings of Council held on June 5th, 2013 & June 19th, 2013 shall be adopted as circulated.
Carried.

3. W. Robb – J. Caruk
RESOLVED THAT the Swan Lake Watershed Conservation District’s 2012-2013 Audited Financial Statement has been received by the Minitonas Town Council.
Carried.

4. D. Bartel – J. Caruk
WHEREAS the Public Works Employee Overtime Reports have been received & reviewed by Council;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT all applicable overtime hours recorded for the month of June, 2013 shall be approved and paid out with the July 15th, 2013 payroll or booked for future use as indicated on the aforementioned reports, copies of which have been attached hereto.

5. W. Robb – S. Windsor
RESOLVED THAT the Public Works Report for the month of June, 2013 shall be accepted as submitted by the Town Foreman, a copy of which is attached hereto.
Carried.

6. W. Robb – D. Bartel
RESOLVED THAT we do now adjourn at 10:00 pm to meet again for the next regular meeting of Council to be held on the 17th day of July, 2013 A.D. at 7:00 pm.
