RESOLVED THAT the Agenda be adopted as presented.

2. D. Bartel – S. Windsor
RESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the Regular Meetings of Council held on November 7th, 21st, and 28th, 2012 shall be adopted as circulated.
Carried.

3. D. Bartel – W. Robb
WHEREAS an application has been submitted to Federal Government under the Canadian Infrastructure Improvement Fund to assist with the costs of critical repairs to maintain the integrity of the Minitonas Community Hall and interior renovations to allow for improved capacity and usage, and;
WHEREAS there will still be a substantial amount of funding required to cover the municipality’s portion of the project;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to submit an application to the Thomas Sill Foundation for financial assistance with the Minitonas Community Hall Enhancement Project.

4. D. Bartel – S. Windsor
RESOLVED THAT By-Law No. 5/2012, being a By-Law of the Town of Minitonas for the purpose of establishing a Minitonas Hall Reserve Fund shall be read a third time this 5th day of December, 2012 A.D., signed by the Mayor, and signed and sealed by the Chief Administrative Officer.

RESOLVED THAT the Public Works Report for the month of November shall be accepted as submitted by the Town Foreman, a copy of which is attached hereto.

6. D. Bartel – S. Windsor
WHEREAS the Public Works Employee Overtime Reports have been received & reviewed by Council;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT all applicable overtime hours recorded for the month of November, 2012 shall be paid out with the December 15, 2012 payroll or booked for future use as indicated on the aforementioned reports, copies of which have been attached hereto.

RESOLVED THAT By-Law No. 4/2012, being a By-Law of the Town of Minitonas for the purpose of governing the organization of the Town of Minitonas Council and the Committees thereof, shall be introduced and read a first time this 5th day of December, 2012 A.D.

RESOLVED THAT By-Law No. 4/2012, being a By-Law of the Town of Minitonas for the purpose of governing the organization of the Town of Minitonas Council and the Committees thereof, shall be read a second time this 5th day of December, 2012 A.D.

WHEREAS the Minitonas Town Council has reviewed and revised their Strategic Plan for 2013;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to adopt the Town of Minitonas Strategic Plan as revised, a copy of which is attached hereto.

RESOLVED THAT we do now adjourn at 10:30 pm to meet again for the next regular meeting of Council to be held on the 12th day of December, 2012 A.D. at 7:00 pm.
