This Public Hearing is being held for the purpose of allowing an opportunity for any person who wishes to do so, to make a presentation or express concerns regarding the Variation Application for the Minitonas Community Store as follows;

– The reduction of the separation distances between buildings from 6 feet apart to 3 feet apart.
– The reduction of the rear yard setback distance from 4 feet to 3 feet.

The Public Hearing was held in the Council Chambers, in the Minitonas Municipal Office, Minitonas, Manitoba this 19th day of September, 2012 A.D. at 7:00 pm.

Public: Mr. Barry Waito – Applicant.
No town residents or landowners attended the Hearing.

The meeting was opened by Mayor, Henry Barkowski at 7:00 pm.
CAO, Carolyn Gordon then presented the application to Council.
Notification of the hearing was made in accordance with Subsection 169 (1) of The Planning Act. Mr. Waito explained the reason for his request.

There were no written or verbal presentations received from the public.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:15 pm.
