Fantastic View of Lunar Eclipse in Swan Valley

Pictures by ValleyBiz

The Swan Valley had perfect viewing conditions for the partial lunar eclipse on August 28, 2026. The bright full moon could be seen at the start of the eclipse. The moon began to disappear around 9:20 pm with only a sliver remaining at the peak around 11:12 pm.

Below are some pictures of the progression of the eclipse.

With a long shutter exposure the remaining sliver of moon at the peak of the eclipse cast enough light for the shadowed portion of the moon to still be visible.
