5.4 Culvert Inventory

WHEREAS Council recognizes the importance of maintaining accurate records of municipal assets; and
WHEREAS discrepancies have been identified within the Municipality’s culvert inventory records, making it difficult to accurately reconcile current inventory levels;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain authorizes Administration to establish a new baseline culvert inventory in accordance with the Report from Council presented by the Finance Officer; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT Administration shall implement appropriate inventory tracking procedures including quarterly tracking and on site inventory records to ensure accurate records are maintained going forward.
