The Bellsite Annual Poker Derby took place on February 22, 2026. There were 104 driver hands sold, 95 machines, and approximately 346 ghost riders. Thanks to all that brought in the ghost riders!

The Bellsite Community Centre, along with North Mountain Riders would like to thank those businesses/persons of Swan River, Bowsman, Birch River, Mafeking, The Pas, Bellsite, Wuskwi Sipihk First Nation, and Calgary, Alberta, who donated to door prizes, silent auction and cash donations.

A huge thank you to Spruce Products Ltd. who supplied lunch at the Steeprock check point. All drivers received a door prize and full bellies!

A big thank you to Jordan Lumax, the winner of the most ghost riders. His winnings totaled $693 which in turn he donated it all back to the Bellsite Community. So much appreciated, Jordan!

50% of prizes, totaling over $3000 paid out for best hands and ghost riders.

The 50-50 Draw winner was Teresa Shilaeft who won $770 and there were 27 Silent Auction winners.

We would also thank those who took their time to help during the day and to all the organizers, and also those who donated food.

Thanks to the North Mountain Riders for the awesome trails, a super day and participation. Special thanks to all in attendance. Proceeds for the fundraiser will help with the hall maintenance, and a new wheelchair ramp.
