Registration, Meet & Greet
4:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Swan Valley Museum
Hwy 10 North

Wednesday, July 22
9:45 am – 12:00 pm
Tour of SVRSS (meet at main entrance)
Class Photo in gym (option1)

4:00 pm Swan Valley Museum doors open
5:00 pm Social hour / cash bar
5:30 pm Class photo (option) weather dependent
6:00 pm Dinner & guest speakers (tba)
8:00 pm – 11:00 pm Social time (10:40 pm last call for alcohol)

Thursday, July 23
9:00 am – 11:00 am Pancake Breakfast at Swan Valley Museum
12:00 pm – 2:00 pm Decorate float for Northwest Roundup Parade
*afternoon/evening Free admission to Rodeo grounds

Friday, July 24
9:00 am Meet at (TBD) to join class on float
10:00 am Parade starts.
After parade remove decorations
Reunion event officially concludes

Please make your own arrangements for motels, accommodation. Availability is limited because of the rodeo. Please book ASAP if you plan to attend. There are several options for camping/RV’ing which we’d assist with in finding a spot for you.
