On March 22, 2025, Yamaha enthusiast from as far away as British Columbia to as far east as Ontario gathered at Duck Mountain Lodge to celebrate 57 years of Yamaha snowmobiles.
Free lunch, Yamaha swag and limited edition T-shirts for the event were offered in the final ride hosted by Yamaha Canada.
This was one of four locations across Canada starting on March 1 in Victoria Harbour Ontario, followed by Caledonia mountain New Brunswick, Saint Severin Quebec, with the final stop at Madge Lake Duck Mountain Provincial Park.
Organizers of the event were amazed by the amount of participants and was the largest and most successful of their four stops across Canada. Over 140 new and old Yamaha snowmobiles were on display with over 300 attendance who came to view the event.
One of the feature contributors to the event was Lorne Larson of Lloydmister where he had 14 fully restored Yamaha snowmobiles. Scott and Parker Tibble were the local contributors with eight Yamaha sleds on display.
A self directed ride for the vintage and new sleds took place throughout the park, finishing off with a complimentary supper back at the duck Mountain Lodge. Organizers of the event want to thank April and Jordyn of the Duck Mountain Lodge for their incredible meal prepping and hospitality.
