The CT Scanner unit has arrived in Swan River. The new unit was brought into the Swan Valley Health Centre on Tuesday (March 19, 2024).

Renovations to the hospital space that will hold the new piece of diagnostic equipment are nearing completion. Mechanical and electrical work will continue through March. The CT scanner unit itself will be installed through April and May. Once installation is complete, required inspections and staffing support will be implemented with the goal of having the CT Unit operational sometime this summer.
