WHEREAS the Settlement and Release Statement dated February 28, 2018 was presented to end the lawsuit between the plaintiff known as SVW and the Defendant, Stillwater Broadcasting; and
WHEREAS the defendant signed the agreement to accept the payment of $25,000 and SVW never signed the agreement;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that SVW does now agree to sign the agreement and end the lawsuit;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the additional sum of $25,000 be paid to cover the additional sum of $25,000 be paid to cover the additional legal costs incurred in the five years since the original agreement for a total of $50,000 to end the lawsuit.
