Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain held Wednesday, December 21st, 2022 at the Rural Municipality of Mountain Council Chambers in Birch River, MB.

CAO Paige Wozny was present and acted as secretary.
Finance Officer Kim Paterson was also present.

The meeting was called to order at 10:00 a.m. by Reeve Keith Behrmann, quorum being present.

WHEREAS there are several flood sites from the spring flood that do not have the required pre-site repair photos available, making these sites ineligible for DFA funding;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain hereby request the Manitoba Director of Recovery and Mitigation to deem sites from the 2022 Spring Flood that do not have photo evidence as eligible for the 2022 DFA program.
