The Coffee and a Chat session planned for November 8, 2022 at WSFN Birch River Reserve was unfortunately canceled due to poor weather. The weather cooperated November 10 for the Swan River session.

Andrea Evans gave a talk and visual aid of exercises that are beneficial to people with arthritis, poor mobility and those with poor balance. Katie Kroeker had a chat on body image with a worksheet stating all positive aspects of each individual person attending. Connie Beaudry talked about falls and how to get up safely from a fall.

A light lunch was enjoyed made by the Swan River Senior Center ladies. The goal of the coffee and a chat is to bring people together to chat about a common topic of the day. I will say it is a great success. Thank you to everyone who participated.
