Councillor Pedersen was absent with notice.
Councillor Malcolm was absent.
CAO Paige Wozny was present and acted as secretary.
Finance Officer Kim Paterson was also present.

The meeting was called to order at 10:06 a.m. by Acting Reeve Stephen Nadolney, quorum being present.

Mafeking Utility Reserve Fund: $35,000.00
AND THAT the Active Reeve and CAO be authorized to sign on behalf of the Municipality.

WHEREAS Manitoba has prepared a proposal for the Inter-Mountain Watershed District that supports watershed based managment in Manitoba, and outlines the details of municipal participation in the Inter-Mountain Watershed District;
AND WHEREAS the Rural Municipality of Mountain has reviewed the proposal for the Inter-Mountain Watershed District;
AND WHEREAS Council understands that the amendment to the Watershed Districts Regulation will include the final details of participation in the Inter-Mountain Watershed District;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain supports the proposed area of the Rural Municipality of Mountain forming part of the Inter-Mountain Watershed District in accordance with The Watershed Districts Act and Regulation.
