Announcing Community Foundation of Swan Valley Awareness Week, February 20th to the 26th, 2022.

The Community Foundation of Swan Valley (CFSV) would like to thank the Town of Swan River, RM of Mountain, Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman and Municipality of Swan Valley West for proclaiming the last week of February Community Foundation of Swan Valley Awareness Week.

Founded in 2005 by local citizens to help people invest in building a community that is a better place to live, work and play, the foundation has provided over $1,000,000 in funding to date across the Swan Valley.

This week will be dedicated to:
● Celebrating the continuous growth of the CFSV, the fund is currently valued at over $4,000,000.
● Recognizing the many projects and initiatives that have been supported by the CFSV since its inception.
● Acknowledging the many supporters of the CFSV.
● Providing an opportunity for citizens to donate to the CFSV.

During this week our business community partners will participate in a variety of ways, including:
● Showcasing the new promotional video to be viewed on their social media channels.
● Display informational materials about the CFSV.
● Provide incentives to encourage their customers to make a donation to the CFSV.
● Conduct fundraising activities on behalf of the CFSV.
● Promote work of the CFSV.
