1st Dose Eligibility
Pfizer: 5 years old and up
Moderna: 18 years & up

2nd Dose Eligibility
At least 28 days after your 1st dose

3rd Dose Eligibility
At least 6 months after 2nd dose & 18 years and up

Consent forms required for all COVID doses at protectmb.ca.
Forms also available at the vaccine clinic

Bring your Manitoba Health Card
