Swan Valley School Division Board of Trustees is pleased to Announce
the Appointment of
Cameron Mateika, Superintendent/CEO
Fall Term 2021.



Cam grew up in the Swan Valley, graduated from Swan Valley Regional Secondary School and then went on to attend the University of Manitoba. He holds a Master’s Degree in Information Science and a PhD in Information Systems. He began his teaching career in Camperville, Manitoba and then taught in Birch River for 10 years.

Cam is currently the Director of Research and Technology and Vice Principal of SVRSS. Vocational program development has been the focus of his career in the last several years.

We look forward to having Cam assume our Superintendent/CEO leader position effective August 1, 2021.
