Regular Meeting of the members of the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman, held in the Council Chambers in Minitonas, Manitoba this 9th day of June, 2020 A.D. at 6:40 p.m.

1. S. Walmsley – L. Hutman
RESOLVED THAT the Agenda be adopted as presented.
Carried.

2. D. Wagner – G. Bartel
RESOLVED THAT the minutes of the Regular meeting of Council held on May 26th, 2020 shall be adopted as circulated.
Carried.

3. L. Hutman – C. Densen
RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff Expense Reports as submitted.
Carried.

4. S. Walmsley – L. Hutman
RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman hereby requests the Minister of Municipal Relations grant a 30 day extension to submit our Financial Plan for 2020.
Carried.

5. C. Densen – G. Bartel
RESOLVED THAT the members of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman Council do hereby agree to go ‘In Camera’ as a Committee of the whole in accordance with Subsection 152 (3)(b)(ii) of The Municipal Act.
Carried.

6. S. Walmsley – D. Wagner
RESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to return to reopen the meeting to the public in accordance with Subsection 152(4) of the Municipal Act.
Carried.

7. C. Densen – G. Bartel
RESOLVED THAT Councillor Densen’s written Committee Reports be received.
Carried.

8. D. Wagner – C. Densen
RESOLVED THAT we the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman would like to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) agreement with The Manitoba Water Services Board respecting the operation and maintenance of the Minitonas Water Treatment Plant and the Bowsman Water Treatment Plant to March 31, 2025.

RESOLVED THAT we do now adjourn at 10:15 p.m. to meet again on June 16, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. for the next regular meeting of council.
