Regular Meeting of the members of the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman, held in the Council Chambers in Minitonas, Manitoba this 21st day of April, 2020 A.D. at 6:00 p.m.

RESOLVED THAT the Agenda be adopted as presented.
Carried.

2. L. Hutman – W. Kolisnyk
RESOLVED THAT the minutes of the Regular meeting of Council held on April 7th, 2020 shall be adopted as circulated.
Carried.

3. L. Hutman – D. Wagner
RESOLVED THAT Garry Bartel shall be appointed as Finance Chair for this council meeting.
Carried.

4. L. Hutman – S. Walmsley
RESOLVED THAT we do hereby authorize payment of the List of Accounts numbered 7756 to 7861 inclusive, amounting to $147,407.00.
Carried.

5. G. Bartel – W. Kolisnyk
RESOLVED THAT the Bank Reconciliation for the month ending March 31, 2020 shall be approved as presented.
Carried.

6. D. Wagner – S. Walmsley
RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff Expense Reports as submitted.
Carried.

7. W. Kolisnyk – L. Hutman
RESOLVED THAT the Animal Control Report for the month of March 2020 be accepted as submitted.
Carried.

8. L. Hutman – S. Walmsley
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman has reviewed and approved the attached quote for gravel crushing;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Reeve and CAO are hereby authorized to sign said agreement on behalf of the Municipality.

9. D. Wagner – W. Kolisnyk
RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman agrees to accept the attached quote for the loading & hauling of Municipal road gravel for 2020.
Carried.

10. G. Bartel – S. Walmsley
RESOLVED THAT 2020 aggregate transport levy will be set at $.60/yard.
Carried.

11. D. Wagner – L. Hutman
RESOLVED THAT we do now adjourn at 8:00 p.m. to meet again on May 5, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. for the next regular meeting of council.
