Prairie Mountain Health Pilots New Program

Weight to Wellbeing is a program unique to Swan River and developed locally by a team of registered dietitians, physicians, mental health workers and health promotion. The topics covered throughout the program include nutrition, physical activity, sleep and mental wellbeing. Thus far, feedback has been positive. The program began early February and will run through March. The program facilitators would like to extend a huge thank you to the participants for taking a chance on a developing program and providing their feedback to make this program better.
