Great Turnout at Benito Craft and Trade Event

The Benito Rec. Centre was buzzing on Saturday, Nov. 30 when the Benito United Church hosted their 18th annual Craft and Trade event. The mild weather contributed to the great turnout. 42 tables of crafters and home based businesses gave those attending a large variety of shopping choices.

This year lunch was served from the newly renovated rink concession area. This provided a spacious and relaxing spot for shoppers to sit, socialize, and enjoy a bowl of homemade soup or chili and a bun.

We appreciate the extra hours of work put in by the Rec. Centre staff and Board to make sure this area was ready in time for our use.

Thank you to everyone who supported this fundraiser making it such a successful event!
