RESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the regular meeting of Council held on October 1st, 2019 shall be adopted as circulated.

RESOLVED THAT Leanne Hutman shall be appointed as Finance Chair for this council meeting.

RESOLVED THAT we do hereby authorize payment of the List of Accounts numbered 7075 to 7180 inclusive, amounting to $212,238.71.

RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff Expense Reports as submitted.

WHEREAS there are no appeal applications to hear for the 2020 Board of Revision;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Board of Revision is hereby cancelled.

RESOLVED THAT the members of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman Council do hereby agree to go “In Camera” as a Committee of the Whole in accordance with Subsection 152 (3)(b)(ii) of the Municipal Act.

RESOLVED THAT we do agree to return to reopen the meeting to the public in accordance with Subsection 152(4) of the Municipal Act.

RESOLVED THAT the Hearing date for the attached Kennel Permit Application be hereby set for November 15th, 2019 at 8pm and to be held at the Minitonas Municipal Office Council Chambers.

WHEREAS the Community and Regional Planning Branch has received the application for subdivision of PT NE ¼ SEC. 12-36-26WWPM (Lausman Farms Ltd.) on behalf of the municipality and finds it to be in compliance with the Zoning By-Law for the Town of Minitonas; and
WHEREAS the proposed subdivision meets the provincial criteria for a subdivision; and
WHEREAS the application has been reviewed by the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman, and found to be acceptable by the members of Council;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the subdivision of the aforementioned parcel of land on the condition that all requirements from al Provincial Government Departments are met as per the details submitted to the Municipality by Manitoba Municipal Relations, Community and Regional Planning services.

RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby designate the date of November 16, 2019 as the Lenswood Community Event known as the “Lenswood Harvest Wind Up Dance”.

RESOLVED THAT we do now adjourn at 10:19 p.m. to meet again November 5, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. for the next regular meeting of council.
