Progressive Conservative candidate, Rick Wowchuk, has been elected MLA for Swan River.
The Progressive Conservatives won a majority government and PC Leader Brian Pallister is re-elected as premier.
Election results for the Swan River Electoral Division are as follows:
Rick Wowchuk, PC – 5,529 votes
Shelly Wiggins, NDP – 2,064 votes
David Teffaine, Liberal – 417 votes
