	RESOLVED THAT the Agenda be adopted as amended.
	Carried.
2.	W. Kolisnyk – D. Wagner
	RESOLVED THAT the minutes of the Regular meeting of Council held on May 21st, shall be adopted as circulated.
	Carried.
3.	D. Wagner – W. Kolisnyk
	RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff Expense Reports as submitted.
	Carried.
4.	W. Kolisnyk – D. Wagner
	RESOLVED THAT the RCMP Occurrence Stats for January 1st, 2019 to April 30th, 2019 be received.
	Carried.
5.	G. Bartel – W. Kolisnyk
	RESOLVED THAT the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman contributes $10,000 to RISE for the year 2019.
	Carried.
6.	S. Walmsley – L. Hutman
	RESOLVED THAT the members of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman Council do hereby agree to go ‘In Camera’ as a Committee of the Whole in accordance with Subsection 152 (3)(b)(ii) of The Municipal Act.
	Carried.
7.	D. Wagner – W. Kolisnyk
	RESOLVED THAT we do agree to return to reopen the meeting to the public in accordance with Subsection 152(4) of The Municipal Act.
	Carried.
8.	W. Kolisnyk – G. Bartel
	RESOLVED THAT we do hereby approve the attendance of one grader operator at the MGRA Managing and Maintaining Gravel Roads Workshop in Brandon, MB on June 24 & 25, 2019 and;
	BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT all applicable expenses related to said workshop will be paid in accordance with current Municipal Policies and By-Laws.

9.	L. Hutman – S. Walmsley
	RESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to donate $500 to the Association for Community Living.
	Carried.
10.	G. Bartel – D. Wagner
	RESOLVED THAT the Council for the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby agree to continue past curfew by majority of council in accordance with the current Procedures By-Law.
	Carried.
11. 	W. Kolisnyk – D. Wagner
	RESOLVED THAT we do now adjourn at 11:20 p.m. to meet again on June 18th, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. for the next regular meeting of council.
