RESOLVED THAT the Agenda be adopted as amended.

RESOLVED THAT the minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council held on April 16th, Special Meeting of Council held on April 23rd, and Special Meeting & Public Hearings of Council held April 25th, 2019 shall be adopted as circulated.

RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff Expense Reports as submitted.

4. W. Kolisnyk – D. Wagner
WHEREAS the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman advertised for quotes for maintenance services at the Minitonas Cemetery and the Centennial Park; and
WHEREAS a quote was received and has been reviewed by council;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT we do hereby accept the quote received from TDCTurf for 2019 services as attached hereto.

RESOLVED THAT Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman hereby requests the Minister of Municipal Relations grant an extension to submit our Financial Plan for 2019.

6. D. Wagner – C. Densen
RESOLVED THAT the members of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman Council do hereby agree to go ‘In Camera’ as a Committee of the Whole in accordance with Subsection 152 (3)(b)(ii) of The Municipal Act.

7. S. Walmsley – L. Hutman
RESOLVED THAT we do agree to return to reopen the meeting to the public in accordance with Subsection 152(4) of The Municipal Act.

8. W. Kolisnyk – D. Wagner
RESOLVED THAT the Reeve be hereby authorized to sign the CAO agreement.

9. C. Densen – W. Kolisnyk
RESOLVED THAT the Council accepts the request to terminate Westman Communications Group lease for the property located at 302 4th Street (Bowsman Arena) in Bowsman effective April 14th, 2020 as per letter attached hereto.
Carried.
10. G. Bartel – S. Walmsley
RESOLVED THAT we do hereby approve the attendance of 2 members of council at the K-12 Public Consultations Education Review in Dauphin, MB of May 11th, 2019; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT all applicable expenses related to said Public Hearing will be paid in accordance with current Municipal Policies and By-Laws.

RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby designate the date of June 1st, 2019 as the Bowsman Community Event known as the ‘Bowsman Community Family Fun Day’.

RESOLVED THAT we do now adjourn at 10:55 p.m. to meet again on May 21st, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. for the next regular meeting of council.
