Grand Exalted Ruler of Canada Rod Potter, made a visit to The 2 Swan River lodges on Wednesday evening. Bringing greeting for the national office, the Elks of Canada. His main speech was about the fund raising to which all Canadian lodges contribute. The Elks and Royal Purple fund for children. The fund is mainly contributed to the deaf detection at a very young level. Manitoba has supported the national fund, with most of the funds being used for the funding the central speech and hearing clinic in Winnipeg, near by the Victoria Hospital.
