The Council of the Town of Swan River met on Tuesday, April 18th 2019 at 5:30 pm in the Town Council Chambers with Mayor Jacobson presiding and Councillors Friesen, Whyte, Moriaux, Wintoniw, Delaurier, and Gray present.
