RESOLVED THAT the Agenda be adopted as amended.
Carried.

2. G. Bartel – S. Walmsley
RESOLVED THAT the minutes of Special Meeting of Council held on March 8th, Regular Meeting of Council held on March 19th and Special Meeting of Council held on March 26th, 2019 shall be adopted as circulated.
Carried.

3. C. Densen – D. Wagner
RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff Expense Reports as submitted.

4. G. Bartel – L. Hutman
RESOLVED THAT we do hereby approve the attendance of the CAO at the MMAA Conference in Brandon April 28th – May 1st, 2019 and;

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT all applicable expenses related to said conference will be paid in accordance with current Municipal Policies and By-Laws.

5. C. Densen – W. Kolisnyk
RESOLVED THAT the Council for the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby agree to renew the Hudson Bay Route Association membership for 2019.
Carried.

6. D. Wagner – L. Hutman
RESOLVED THAT we do hereby accept the Swan Valley District Recreation Commission 2019 budget as attached.
Carried.

7. S. Walmsley – W. Kolisnyk
RESOLVED THAT the members of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman Council do hereby agree to go ‘In Camera’ as a Committee of the Whole in accordance with Subsection 152 (3)(b)(ii) of The Municipal Act.
Carried.

8. C. Densen – L. Hutman
RESOLVED THAT we do agree to return to reopen the meeting to the public in accordance with Subsection 152 (4) of The Municipal Act.
Carried.

9. W. Kolisnyk – D. Wagner
RESOLVED THAT the Council for the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby accept the following from the Parkland Regional Library:
2018 audited financial statements
2018 Annual Report
2019 budget

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the invoice for the 2019 Municipal Levy shall be approved from payment.

10. G. Bartel – W. Kolisnyk
RESOLVED THAT we do hereby approve the attendance of the CAO and 3 members of Council at the AMM Education – Managing the employment relationship – HR fundamentals for leaders in Brandon May 10th, 2019 and;

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT all applicable expenses related to said course will be paid in accordance with current Municipal Policies and By-Laws.

11. L. Hutman – S. Walmsley
RESOLVED THAT we do now adjourn at 10:08 p.m. to meet again on April 16th, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. for the next regular meeting of council.
