On the evening of Thursday, March 7, 2019 a small group of 7 people gathered in the Swan River Library to watch a video presentation by Pastor Steve Wohlberg, of White Horse Media.


The presentation was the first part of a 4-part series.

The presentation dealt with the subject of what does the Bible really say about the Mark of the Beast? The KIng James Version of the Bible says the Mark will be “in the forehead” (meaning in the mind) or “in the hand” (meaning shown by a person’s actions.) All other versions of the Bible say the Mark will be “on the forehead” or “on the hand.”

Pastor Wohlberg explained that the Mark will eventually be forced by law and will affect the whole world. In order to understand what the Mark of the Beast is, we first have to discover what, or who, the “Beast” is. (The Beast is a symbol of a kingdom; see Daniel 7:17, 23, 24). People will not understand what/who the “Beast” is without wisdom from God and a careful study of the Bible with much prayer for understanding. (James 1:5 promises that if a person asks God for wisdom, God will give them much wisdom.)

Properly understanding the meaning of the Mark of the Beast and avoiding will be a life and death issue, because those who get the Mark will receive the wrath of God. (Revelation 14:10.) At the time when the Mark of the Beast takes place (still in the future) there will only be 2 groups of people in the world. One group will be on the side of the “Beast” and other group will be on the side of the “Lamb”. Today is the day to choose to be on the side of the “Lamb of God” who takes away the sin of the world; that is on the side of the Lord Jesus Christ.
