Regular Meeting of the members of the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman, held in the Council Chambers, in Minitonas, Manitoba this 5th day of February, 2019 A.D. at 7:00 p.m.

G. Bartel arrived at 7:15 p.m.

1. C. Densen – L. Hutman
RESOLVED THAT the Agenda be adopted as amended.
Carried.

2. G. Bartel – D. Wagner
RESOLVED THAT the minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council held on January 22nd, 2019 and Public Hearing & Special Meeting held on January 29th, 2019 shall be adopted as circulated.
Carried.

3. W. Kolisnyk – C. Densen
RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff Expense Reports as submitted.
Carried.

4. W. Kolisnyk – D. Wagner
RESOLVED THAT the members of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman Council do hereby agree to go ‘In Camera’ as a Committee of the Whole in accordance with Subsection 152 (3)(b)(ii) of The Municipal Act.
Carried.

5. S. Walmsley – L. Hutman
RESOLVED THAT we do agree to return to reopen the meeting to the public in accordance with Subsection 152(4) of The Municipal Act.
Carried.

6. W. Kolisnyk – S. Walmsley
RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby agree to the Contract Agreement attached hereto.
Carried.

7. G. Bartel – D. Wagner
RESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to obtain a Swan Valley Collabria Business MasterCard as attached hereto;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT upon receiving the new MasterCard that we will close/cancel the CUETS MasterCard.
Carried.

8. L. Hutman – W. Kolisnyk
RESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to donate $500.00 to the Minitonas School for their APPLE Schools Program, which promotes nutrition, physical activity and mental health wellness.
Carried.

9. S. Walmsley – G. Bartel
WHEREAS the attached letter was received from Sunflower Early Learning Centre Inc. requesting the waiving of rental costs for the Minitonas Town Hall for a fundraising event March 2nd, 2019.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to waive the rental fee as a donation towards the fundraiser.

RESOLVED THAT we do now adjourn at 10:50 p.m. to meet again on February 26th, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. for the next regular meeting of council.
