RESOLVED THAT the Agenda be adopted as amended.

RESOLVED THAT the minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council held on October 16th, 2018 and Inaugural Meeting held October 25th, 2018 shall be adopted as circulated.
Carried.

3. G. Bartel – S. Walmsley
RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff Expense Reports as submitted.
Carried.

4. S. Walmsley – C. Densen
RESOLVED THAT the members of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman Council do hereby agree to go ‘In Camera’ as a Committee of the Whole in accordance with Subsection 152 (3)(b)(ii) of The Municipal Act.
Carried.

5. W. Kolisnyk – C. Densen
RESOLVED THAT we do agree to return to reopen the meeting to the public in accordance with Subsection 152(4) of the Municipal Act.
Carried.

6. W. Kolisnyk – G. Bartel
RESOLVED THAT we do hereby endorse The Parkland Public Works Association.
Carried.

7. L. Hutman – S. Walmsley
RESOLVED THAT we do hereby accept the notice received from the Swan Valley School Division to terminate the “gentleman’s agreement” since they no longer need access to the land known as Lot/Section DES 3/5, Plan 3162 (Roll#0244100).
Carried.

8. G. Bartel – C. Densen
WHEREAS the Council has reviewed their committee appointments;
THEREFOR BE IT RESOLVED THAT the attached committee appointments shall be approved.

9. L. Hutman – S. Walmsley
RESOLVED THAT we do now adjourn at 10:59 p.m. to meet again on November 20th, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. for the next regular meeting of council.
