Christopher Todd Dufresne has been safely located. The RCMP thanks the public, the media, Manitoba Sustainable Development, the Office of the Fire Commissioner, local fire departments, and the many local volunteer searchers for their assistance.

On August 20, 2018, at 8:50 am, the Swan River RCMP received a report of a missing 42-year-old male. Christopher Todd Dufresne was last seen leaving his residence, located on 3rd Avenue NW in Swan River, at approximately 8:00 am on August 19, 2018.
