Swan Valley Communities That Care (SVCTC) in partnership with Swan Valley Inter-Agency (SVIA), SR Harm Reduction Network and SV Community Mobilization will host their Annual General Meetings (AGM) at the Elbert Chartrand Friendship Centre, Swan River starting at 11:30 a.m., May 31st, 2018. SVCTC Board members invite you and/ or a member of your organization to attend this meeting.

Lunch will be served from 11:30-12:00.  At noon, representatives from the SV Community Mobilization Committee, SV Inter-Agency, SR Harm Reduction Network and SVCTC will be doing showcase presentations.  This is a great opportunity to come together and learn about these organizations. 

Communities That Care is a community –wide initiative to promote positive, healthy development of children and youth. The goal is to develop healthy lifestyles for all children and youth by providing opportunities, skills, and recognition within families, schools, communities and peer-groups.
Please share this invitation with Community members who share an interest in positive outcomes for young people.
