4.11 Employee Matters

RESOLVED THAT Deputy Reeve Mychalchuk does hereby assume the position of Chair for this meeting in the absence of Reeve Eisner.

2. J. Caruk – S. Walmsley
RESOLVED THAT the Agenda be adopted as amended.
Carried.
3. C. Densen – J. Caruk
RESOLVED THAT the minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council held on October 17th, 2017 and the Special Meeting of Council held on October 26th, 2017 shall be adopted as circulated.
Carried.
4. S. Walmsley – L. Hutman
RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff overtime reports as submitted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the aforementioned overtime shall be banked for future use or paid out with the next regular payroll as indicated on the employee’s report.

RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff Expense Reports as submitted.
Carried.
6. L. Hutman – J. Caruk
RESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to increase the annual cemetery payments as per the attached.
Carried.
7. L. Hutman – S. Walmsley
RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby agree to continue past curfew by majority of council in accordance with the current Procedures By-Law.
Carried.
8. G. Bartel – C. Densen
RESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to pay for the removal of beavers as per the attached;

9. L. Hutman – S. Walmsley
RESOLVED THAT we do now adjourn at 12:20 a.m. to meet again on November 21st, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. for the next regular meeting of council.
