Minutes of the Regular Council Meeting of the Rural Municipality of Mountain held Wednesday, October 25th, 2017 in the R.M. of Mountain Council Chambers in Birch River, Manitoba.

The meeting was called to order at 11:40 A.M. by Reeve Marvin Kovachik, quorum being present.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain hereby amend Committee Appointments as per Schedule “A” attached hereto.

WHEREAS Fire Department Purchasing Policy states that all purchases of the Fire Department must be authorized by Council in advance;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain approve the purchase requests as per Schedule ‘A’ attached hereto.

RESOLVED THAT Cheque Nos. 20171302 to 20171364 amounting to $61,283.76, including Direct Deposit Payroll in the amount of $4,439.05, attached hereto as Schedule “A”, be approved for payment.
