On the evening of Thursday, October 12, 2017 a small group of people attended a video presentation/discussion called “Hurricanes, Earthquakes and a Soon Coming Rapture?” at the Swan River Library.

The presentation compared the recent hurricanes, earthquakes and other world disasters to a prediction made by Jesus when He was asked by His disciples about world conditions just before His return. Jesus said that the frequency of wars and rumors of wars, nations rising against nations, earthquakes in various places, pestilences (terrible diseases), etc. would be like birth pains, becoming more and more frequent and more and more intense just prior to His return. He warned us ahead of time about these things so we would not be caught off guard.

On Thursday, October 19, 2017 7:00 pm at the Swan River Library the video presentation/discussion will be “The Battle of Armageddon”. On October 26 the topic will be: “What Will it be Like When Jesus’ Returns”.
