People from around the Valley enjoyed the presentation of Carl and Brenda Ens at Christian Fellowship Church in Birch River on April 23. Carl presented his one-man drama production, “Stand in the Gap.”

The drama tells the story of powerful prayer warrior and advocate for the homeless Rees Howells from differing perspectives of people who were involved in his life. He was supported musically by Brenda. It was incredible to see Carl move smoothly from one character to another, and to bring so much unique personality to each one.

Many in attendance were moved by the performance, and we hope to have Carl and Brenda return someday to share another story with us.
