On Sunday April 2, 2017 the Pine River Community Centre sponsored a perogie and sausage supper with all the trimmings including baked beans, Caesar salad and a variety of desserts and beverages.

The afternoon started off with guests playing board and card games while enjoying the freshly popped popcorn served in paper bags decorated as Easter Bunny’s.

The tables were beautifully decorated with Easter center pieces where 90 – 100 people sat down to enjoy their delicious supper. There were about 25 donated silent auction prizes of excellent value (large bags of dog & cat food, figurine, outdoor furnishings, shop supplies, lotto ticket tree, etc) along with door prizes and a 50/50 draw of $74.00.

Everyone had a great day and left with their bellies full and satisfied. Thanks to all that volunteered, donated and supported our fundraiser, Happy Easter.
