Roberta Moshenko, SEO for The Municipality of Swan Valley West confirmed today that Irwin Steen will be the new council member for the Municipality of Swan Valley West.
A by-election was called following the resignation of Councillor Stan Potton on February 13, 2017.
Steen was declared the new member of council by acclamation on March 29, 2017.
