Filling Up on Perogies and Sausage in Durban

Durban Community Hall held their perogy supper which was held March 17, 2017 with a St. Pattie’s Day theme. Ladies worked many hours making the four different kinds of perogies, and with the locally produced bison sausage the evening was very busy trying to keep up to the hungry patricians who came out and supported us. With a salad and a bacon bit, and onion and butter complements, don’t think anyone went away hungry with the all you can eat buffet.

Special thanks to all the ladies who brought the delicious cup cake desserts (same ones who made all the perogies!). Thanks to the two ladies who made the outstanding and attractive display for the dessert table and for their thought of doing the St. Patttie’s Day theme.

It was a fun and exciting evening. Thanks again to all who volunteered, in and out of the kitchen, and to all who came out to make it a success. Looking forward to next year!

All proceed for the maintenance and upkeep of the hall.
