The Animal Control Hearing was called to order at 10:00 A.M. by Reeve Kovachik, quorum being present.

Animal Control Hearing for Wayne Tanner – livestock at large.

CAO presented Notice of Breach of By-Law and procedure to Council.

The Defendant was not in attendance.
No other members of the public were in attendance.
No representations were made.
No objections were filed.
